Profile - Stefan Esping
I have worked for 15 years in various roles within software development and project management.
I have experience from small startup companies as well as large multinational organizations and have worked with Telecom, Security, Defense, Education and Healthcare IT businesses and organizations.
My main expertise is project management of software development projects. I have also experience from related roles such as program management, product management, technical account management, test management and software development.
My style of working is to keep a clear eye on the goal and the customer. I consider it very important to keep the deadlines of my team and to satisfy the customer by delivering useful and good products or other deliverables. When leading a team, I expect the same level of commitment from the whole team, where everybody does their best, and if mistakes are made - that we learn from them. I believe also that it is important to have fun and to keep spirits high in the team also during times of high workload and stress.
